Sustainability is key to Sunsurf Solar. Our floating solar modules deliver renewable energy, and with a lifespan of 25 years - our modules will deliver priceworthy over long periods of time.
Sunsurf Solar values longevity, and this principle has guided our design and material selection in order to create a product with a long life-span.
We focus on irrigation ponds or the like where our floating modules harmonize with the surrounding environment. Our goal is to use untapped water surfaces and thereby spare our clients from having to use valuable land resources.
Profitability
Sunsurf Solar aims to deliver floating solar power facilities that can compete with traditional rooftop- or ground mounted solar facilities.
In addition, floating solar parks reduce water evaporation as fewer sun beams reach the pond. The cooling effect of the water will also contribute to increasing the efficiency of the solar cells.
Compared to traditional solar facilities, floating solar parks are easier to install and risks associated with fire and theft are significantly reduced due to the natural hindrance created by the water body.
